Coolant Concentration
Coolant Concentration
Calculates initial make-up and correction of a water-based cutting fluid emulsion.
How to use the result
Use the product factor and approved concentration range from the current metalworking-fluid data sheet.
For a new fill, add water first and then add concentrate according to the manufacturer instructions. Circulate the tank contents thoroughly before measuring.
