Is the portal an online shop with instant ordering?
No. It supports collaboration on an inquiry and the intended approval workflow. It does not automatically place orders or take payments.
Can customers see my internal hourly rates?
The customer view is separate from internal costing. Also review every file you choose to make available to a customer.
