CNC Kalkulator

Free quote assistant for CNC parts

The quote bot guides you through the calculation as a conversation: it asks one question at a time, explains how the answer affects the price and finally calculates full cost, quote total and quantity variants. If you prefer to see everything at once, switch to the form view.

Free quote assistant with the quote bot: arrow step bar, questions with explanations and material search for a demo part.
Real application view with demo data. Example values are not a price recommendation.

From the part name to the selling price

The bot asks for part, material, stock, quantity, material cost, times, hourly rates and overheads in turn. Risk, profit, cash discount, discount, freight and VAT follow. Every answer can be changed later.

  • Several lines in one quote, optionally reusing the rates of the first line.
  • Setup and programming are spread over the batch size automatically.
  • Compare quantity variants with unchanged one-off costs.

All materials stored and searchable

Search by material number, designation, former DIN name or common alias such as 304. The bot takes the density of the selected material and calculates the material cost per piece from stock size and price per kg – and fills in the stock description as well.

Explained, not guessed

Every entry comes with a plain explanation and matching free calculators, for example for turning and milling time or the machine hourly rate. Missing values stay open; 0 only counts when you enter it. Example values you accept are flagged for review in the result.

Traceable calculation

The assistant uses fixed rules and documented formulas. Every amount comes from your inputs. The calculation path shows how material and time costs become full cost through overheads, and how the quote price follows.

Frequently asked questions

Is the quote assistant really free?

Yes. The rule-based quote bot, the form view and all deterministic calculators are free. You do not need an account to calculate. AI drawing analysis is a separate Pro workflow.

Does the quote bot use artificial intelligence?

No. The bot follows fixed questions and rules. The calculation only uses your inputs and the documented formulas of the free calculators.

Which materials can I choose?

Material search covers common structural, quenched and tempered, case-hardening, tool and stainless steels, cast iron, aluminium, copper, nickel and titanium alloys and engineering plastics. Densities are reference values; delivery condition and mill certificate take priority. Free text remains possible.

Do I automatically get a binding quote?

No. The result is a calculation basis. Check technical requirements, scope of supply, prices and terms before you release or send a quote.
